Our cellar

The vines are just a few minutes from the vat room, where we look after our wines with extreme care. We vinify them with great respect, plot by plot, ensuring maximum protection… but without too many interventions, thanks to our excellent facilities. The small vats – concrete (ovoid), oak and stainless steel – let us retain our original intent: spotlighting the wines’ freshness, and the varietal and terroir traits that they express.

François and Adrien tend the vines with meticulous precision, while Peggy the oeonologist conducts the orchestra in the cellar! She empowers each plot-specific vat of wine.

We owe this beautiful pathway to our vignerons’ intuition and to Peggy’s mastery; alongside us, she is making increasingly fine wines.
