Rosé

VARIETIES

Cinsault, Grenache & Syrah.

VINES

At 300 metres altitude in clay-rich soils, and about 30 years old.

VINIFICATION & AGEING

The grapes are picked at night for freshness, then pressed pneumatically. The juices then ferment in concrete vats, before ageing on fine lees in the same vats to acquire a fuller body.

TASTING NOTES

This pale pink rosé reveals generous, heady, glycerol-laced notes of redcurrant; a lively, supple and pure finish; and sucrosity as well.
