VINIFICATION & AGEING
Co-fermentation of the 12 grape varieties in whole clusters in ovoid concrete vats.
Ageing on fines lees during 12 months in ovoid concrete vats.
TASTING NOTES
Complex nose combining notes of crushed strawberry and floral notes. Gourmet on the palate, with a lovely freshness. The finish is elegant and persistent, evoking the ‘noble vegetal’ character of the stem. A pleasure that can be enjoyed now or be waited !
